• Drive revenue growth and develop new business in your territory
• Build and manage high-value customer relationships
• Present value-driven proposals and close complex sales
• Collaborate with estimating and inside sales for job profitability
• Track performance in CRM for forecasting and reporting
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

• 5+ years of sales experience in the metals industry (required)
• Strategic mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Strong work ethic, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
